If you request that the parcel be left unattended at the recipient's premises, you must check the box in the Authority to Leave section during checkout to accept the risks/responsibility in the event that it goes missing. Your order will be shipped with handwritten instructions on the satchel. No replacements or refunds will be issued for missing/damaged items.

*Signature on Delivery is available for an additional AU$2.95. With this, the Australia Post representative delivering the parcel is obligated to obtain a signature and may not leave the parcel unattended at their discretion. Refer to the Australia Post website for their policies on leaving parcels.

International Shipping (Outside Australia):

Orders placed on this site can be shipped to the following international destinations: New Zealand, USA, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Thailand, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. If you require shipping to other countries not listed, please contact us.

Transit Duration*: 6+ business days (Standard) or 2-4 business days (Express) between metropolitan areas of major cities. *Estimate only - as provided by Australia Post.  We use 4px Express Service to deliver to our Chinese customers.  It may take 15-30 days arrive Door to Door in China.
Shipping charge: Australia Post rate for the parcel (by weight) + AU$5 (handling and packaging).
